About Me

Welcome to my page! My name is Kelli.

I’ll start off by telling you what I’m not. I’m not the typical trainer that says you need to workout for two hours a day and eat chicken and broccoli for every meal. I am determined to help others learn how to maintain and ENJOY a healthy lifestyle. So much social interactioin and life revolves around food. I love creating fun, festive foods that are nutritious without missing out on any of the flavor.

I love learning about the body which is why I got my BS in Exercise Science. I have been a personal trainer for about 10 years and am finding there is always more to learn in this field. I have gotten multiple certifications in training, nutrition, and pre and postnatal care. This brings me to my first passion, being a mom and wife. A big motivation for my healthy lifestyle is that I always want to have the energy to play with my kids.
