My husband did research on clean air in his undergrad. We were living in Utah at the time and the air quality was terrible. The research he had done made him very passionate about clean air and with my passion for wellness, it wasn’t hard to convince me to get and air filter.

We were newly weds and didn’t have a lot of money to spend on an air filter. We found a good quality one at Costco and snatched it up. It worked fine but it was nothing to write home about.

A year ago we moved to Alabama for my husband’s schooling. Did I mention I was pregnant while we moved across the country? Yeah, that was fun. I went into labor three months early and our sweet baby lived in the NICU for the first two months of his life. Having a baby that early was scary bringing him home to all the germs so we wanted to do everything we could to have our house be clean for him when he was finally able to come home.

We sanitized our house as best we could. We had our Costco air filter in our room but we wanted one for Taven’s room. With his little preemie lungs, we wanted a good air filter, cue the Air Doctor. I had heard great things about it so we decided to get one for Taven’s room.

Honestly, I was amazed at how much better of a filter it was. The quality is great, it’s not noisy, unless the air quality is bad. You hear the air blow louder when it is working harder to clean the air and it notifies you by a light changing colors. This is such a nice feature because I have been able to watch it and see what sets it off, like dry shampoo, hair spray, cooking spray, and have worked to eliminate those things from my home.

It eliminates odors

Living in the South was an adjustment as far as the humidity goes. It is so humid hear which leaves a musty smell. Our Air Doctor completely eliminated the humidity smell and all other smells. We live in an apartment which often comes with lingering smells after cooking, not with the Air Doctor. This was huge for me because I hate bad smells.

Our allergies are basically gone

My husband and I both have bad allergies. We quickly got some raw, local honey once we moved here and while that helped a little, it didn’t do the trick. Once we got our Air Doctor, we noticed a major difference. I don’t even notice my allergies at all anymore.
