Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cubed sweet potato measure pre-cooked
  • 1 cup dark chocolate kodiakcakes mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder or corn starch
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Toppings
  • 3/4 cup melted chocolate chips
  • 1 crushed up JOJO's chocolate bar

Method
 

  1. Steam sweet potatoes in microwave for about 3 minutes or until soft.
  2. Pour into blender and add all ingredients.
  3. Blend until combined.
  4. Fill each donut mold about halfway.
  5. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let donuts cool completely. Once cooled, remove from donut mold and dip in melted chocolate. Top with crushed JOJO's.
