Easy Clean Eating Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Kodiakcakes mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • dash salt

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour about 1/4 cup onto pan.
  3. Spread around until it’s like a thin pancake covering the entire bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook about one minute each side on medium. When crepe starts to bubble and sides begin to lift, it's ready to flip.
  5. Top with or roll in your favorite toppings. Pictured I did sliced banana, cinnamon, and drizzled peanut butter on top.
