Easy Clean Eating Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Kodiakcakes mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • dash salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup onto pan.
  • Spread around until it’s like a thin pancake covering the entire bottom of the pan.
  • Cook about one minute each side on medium. When crepe starts to bubble and sides begin to lift, it's ready to flip.
  • Top with or roll in your favorite toppings. Pictured I did sliced banana, cinnamon, and drizzled peanut butter on top.
