Method
- Place trevet in instant pot and add bone broth.
- Cut the silver part off the pork. Don't skip this or your meat will be tough.
- Add meat to instant pot and coat with garlic pepper seasoning.
- Add parsley on top of the meat.
- Cook on manual pressure for 16 minutes.
- Release pressure.
- Take the meat out and slice.
- Mix honey and mustard together until combined.
- Drizzle on top of the meat.
- Top the meat with thyme and serve.
