Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1.5 cups bone broth
  • 1-2 tbsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley can be dried seasoning or fresh
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup mustard
  • 1/2 tsp thyme can be dried seasoning or fresh

Equipment

  • Pressure Cooker

Method
 

  1. Place trevet in instant pot and add bone broth.
  2. Cut the silver part off the pork. Don't skip this or your meat will be tough.
  3. Add meat to instant pot and coat with garlic pepper seasoning.
  4. Add parsley on top of the meat.
  5. Cook on manual pressure for 16 minutes.
  6. Release pressure.
  7. Take the meat out and slice.
  8. Mix honey and mustard together until combined.
  9. Drizzle on top of the meat.
  10. Top the meat with thyme and serve.
