No Bake S'mores Homemade Protein Bar Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Simple Mills Sweet Thin crushed up

Method
 

  1. Mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Add oat flour and protein powder. Mix until combined.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and sweet thins.
  4. Place in 8x8 pan. Refrigerate.
  5. Optional: after they have been in the fridge for a few hours, cut them into small squares and freeze them.
