No Bake S'mores Homemade Protein Bar Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Simple Mills Sweet Thin crushed up

Instructions
 

  • Mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add oat flour and protein powder. Mix until combined.
  • Mix in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and sweet thins.
  • Place in 8x8 pan. Refrigerate.
  • Optional: after they have been in the fridge for a few hours, cut them into small squares and freeze them.
