The Best Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tortillas
  • 16 oz chicken breast chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1/8 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 wedges lime juice
  • 2 cups lettuce or coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup sour cream I use Good Culture lactose free

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 375℉
  • Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and places in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt, almond flour, oat flour, and paprika.
  • Mix until chicken is fully coated.
  • Dump onto baking sheet and bake for about 20-24 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Fill tortillas with chopped lettuce or coleslaw mix.
  • Once chicken is done, place on top of lettuce.
  • In a bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice, and garlic salt + hot sauce to taste.
  • Drizzle sauce on top of tacos and squeeze with fresh lime juice.
