If you workout from home, you need a Terraglide!

I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and have found that If you workout from home, having a few good equipment pieces is a must! I would recommend a good range of dumbbells, a yoga ball, resistance bands (you can get some of my favorites here and save with code TRAINERKELLI), and a Terraglide! One of my favorite things about the Terraglide is how versatile it is. There is so much you can do with this piece that makes it totally worth the cost. It replaces the need for a boss ball, a bench, a step, an ab roller, and so much more. To give you an idea of some exercises you can do with it, I made a workout video.

The Terraglide is space saving!

Another thing I love about the Terraglide is how compact it is. I live in a small apartment which means space is limited. If you are limited on space like me, you are going to LOVE the Terraglide. It much smaller than the Terracore and the shape of it makes it easy to store making it the perfect equipment piece to add to your home collection!
