Best Morning Green Shake
- 1-2 cups almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter I often use pb powder to bring the calories down but I love the peanut butter taste.
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 handful ice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 banana optional
