Mix together room temperature eggs, vanilla, sugar, and peanut butter until well combined.
Add Kodiakcakes mix, baking soda, salt, and protein powder and mix. Dough will be slightly sticky.
Refregerate dough for 15 minutes or until able to form balls. Separate into 9 pieces.
Cut room temperature G2G bar into 9 pieces.
Form brownie batter into balls, press your thumb in the center to leave a space for the G2G bar. Stick bar inside and cover up.
Place on parchment paper or nonstick pan and bake at 350° F for about 8 minutes.
Leave cookies to cool on pan.
