spinach

bell pepper

onion
chopped

chicken sausage links
1-2
eggs
garlic salt
oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F°
Lay tortilla on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Top with chopped spinach, bell peppers, onion, and avocado (optional)
Crack 1-2 eggs right on top in the center of the tortilla. Don't mix.
Add sliced, cooked chicken sausage
Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until egg it to the desired doneness. I like to take it out while the yolk is still slightly runny.
