Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F°
- Lay tortilla on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Top with chopped spinach, bell peppers, onion, and avocado (optional)
- Crack 1-2 eggs right on top in the center of the tortilla. Don't mix.
- Add sliced, cooked chicken sausage
- Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until egg it to the desired doneness. I like to take it out while the yolk is still slightly runny.
