Easy Healthy Breakfast Pizza, only 5-min Prep!

This Healthy Breakfast Pizza is about to be your new favorite go-to breakfast. It checks all the boxes. It’s packed with protein, flavor, easy to make, and easy to clean up! I’m not one of those people that loves breakfast for dinner but this one, I could eat anytime of the day! It makes the perfect breakfast, brunch, or lunch!

This is one of the recipes from my fitness challenge cookbook from my app but I figured this one was too good not to share!

It’s easily customizable so use whatever you like or have on hand! The way I make it is both gluten and dairy free!

Healthy Breakfast Pizza

Here is what’s in my Healthy Breakfast Pizza

  • Tortilla: I use the Siete Almond flour tortillas.
  • Eggs: I try to use organic, pasture raised if possible.
  • Chicken Sausage: I love the Amylu breakfast links. I find them at Costco!
  • Bell pepper: I use whatever kind I have on hand.
  • Onion: I’ve done sweet, red, and green onion in this and they are all good!
  • Spinach: I love to chop my spinach app into smaller pieces for this pizza.
  • Avocado: I only use this when I have a ripe one on hand, it definitely adds some great flavor if you have one!
  • Garlic Salt: I love the brand Kinder. I get it at Costco and who knew the type of garlic salt could be a game changer, but it’s next level!
  • Oregano: Don’t skip this one, it adds so much flavor to the pizza and brings it all together!

Easy 5-min Prep Breakfast Pizza

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 handful spinach chopped
  • 1/4 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small handful onion chopped
  • 1-2 chicken sausage links
  • 1-2 eggs
  • garlic salt
  • oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F°
  • Lay tortilla on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Top with chopped spinach, bell peppers, onion, and avocado (optional)
  • Crack 1-2 eggs right on top in the center of the tortilla. Don't mix.
  • Add sliced, cooked chicken sausage
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until egg it to the desired doneness. I like to take it out while the yolk is still slightly runny.

I could eat this Healthy Breakfast Pizza everyday! Not only is it delicious, but it’s nutrient packed, and loaded with protein and fiber to keep you full and energized!
