Healthy + Delicious High Protein Green Pancakes

These Healthy High Protein Green Pancakes are the perfect green food to make for St. Patrick’s Day! Fair warning though, you’re going to want them every day after because they are so dang good! If you’ve tried my green waffles from my recent workout challenge or that i’ve shared to Instagram, this is the same recipe, just made into pancakes. For some reason the pancakes are even better than the waffles. I can’t wait for you to try them!

I am always looking to incorporate more vegetables into my diet, especially at breakfast and these are the perfect way way! They are loaded with spinach, protein, and tons of other nutrients but taste just as good as regular pancakes. I honestly prefer these over regular pancakes not just because I feel so much better when I eat them and stay fuller long, but topped with some organic maple syrup, the taste is absolutely amazing! I am not one of those breakfast for dinner people but for these or my breakfast pizza, I make an exception.
