Grain-Free Pumpkin Spice Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot powder or cornstarch
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients until combined.
  • Make batter into waffles or pancakes.
  • Top with organic maple syrup.
