Pre-heat oven to 375℉
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl
Sprinkle chicken with almond flour, oat flour, garlic salt, and paprika.
Mix until chicken is coated.
Place on baking sheet and bake chicken for 20-22 minutes, until chicken it cooked all the way through.
While the chicken bakes, start on the sauce.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add coconut aminos, coconut sugar, white vinegar, minced garlic, ginger.
Stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Mix together arrowroot powder with 1/2 tbsp water. Stir until powder dissolves into the water.
Turn off the heat and stir in the arrowroot powder mixture. Stir until mixed.
Add baked chicken to sauce and mix until chicken it coated.
Serve chicken onto of rice. Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
