
Easy Clean Eating Crepes
These crepes are delicious! You wouldn’t even know they are a cleaner version of your typical crepe recipe.
They are perfect for when you’re cooking to impress. They look like you are out at a fancy brunch with friends but they are so simple you could make them on the daily.
I love how versatile crepes can be. You can make them sweet or savory. I’m personally a fan of sweet but you can’t go wrong with crepes. My favorite way to have them is with sliced fruit and a nut butter.
I could go on and on about how they are the perfect quick and east breakfast but i’ll let you be the judge and just get to the recipe!

Ingredients
Method
- Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Pour about 1/4 cup onto pan.
- Spread around until it’s like a thin pancake covering the entire bottom of the pan.
- Cook about one minute each side on medium. When crepe starts to bubble and sides begin to lift, it's ready to flip.
- Top with or roll in your favorite toppings. Pictured I did sliced banana, cinnamon, and drizzled peanut butter on top.
