5 Minute, No bake, Peanut Butter Protein Bars
You are going to love these peanut butter protein bars! They are unreal and they only take a few minutes to make.
These are one of my husbands favorite treats. He would eat them all in one sitting if I would let him. They are made with protein and peanut butter so they make the perfect snack or treat to hold you over until your next meal or just when you’re craving something sweet!
If you’ve ever had a G2G bar, they taste similar but softer with a little extra deliciousness!
Are you ready for the best guilt free treat ever? They are divine, high in protein, and take like five seconds to make! The best part is you don’t have to wait for them to bake and then cool which always seems like forever. There’s no baking!
Here’s what’s in them:
- Peanut butter: Peanut butter makes just about anything good right? I like to use organic creamy peanut butter with as few ingredients as possible.
- Vanilla protein powder: Ok, protein powder is NOT created equal. Some protein powders leave and awful taste, not to mention can be made with not so great ingredients. I love Active Stacks protein because it’s clean ingredients, and the taste is amazing! You can check it out here and save with code TRAINER-KELLI
- Oat flour: I just throw some oats in my blender rather than buying oat flour.
- Honey: I love using raw honey for the added health benefits
- Chocolate chips: Because who doesn’t love chocolate? Especially with peanut butter. I try and use ones with minimal ingredients and nothing artificial. I love the brand Enjoy Life. They are delicious, allergy friendly, and clean ingredients.
