Skillet Steak Kabobs – Healthy and Easy Dinner

If you’re a Texas Rhodehouse fan, you’re going to love this recipe. I mean, who doesn’t love it? The pillow soft rolls dipped in the cinnamon butter, the juicy steak, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. These Skillet Steak Kabobs taste just like my Texas Rhodehouse favorite but better for you!

If you’ve made kabobs before, you know the most time consuming part is skewing the kabobs. If you’ve got a little one at your feet like I do most of the time when cooking, there’s no time for that. I need dinner to be as fast and simple as possible so I eliminated the skewing altogether. These Skillet Steak Kabobs are simple, quick, and full of flavor!

What you need for Skillet Steak Kabobs:

  • Top sirloin– this is my favorite cut of meat but use whatever you prefer.
  • Bell peppers– any color works. I love adding in extra to add more volume and get more veggies in.
  • Sweet onion– I love using a sweet vidalia onion but any will work.
  • Grass-fed Butter– You can use olive oil but I have found butter makes the so meat tender and juicy.
  • Parsley– The parsley can be fresh or dried. I use dried most of the time because I always have that on hand.
  • Garlic– I used both minced garlic and garlic salt.
  • Sea salt and black pepper.
