Homemade Dragon Fruit Dole Whip Popsicles
Dragon fruit dole whip popsicles?! Yes, please!! All the flavor of the classic dole whip you know and love, then you add in the dragon fruit and these Dragon fruit dole whip popsicles are to die for! It’s the perfect summer treat for those hot summer days.
Ice cream is one of our favorite treats at our house. We don’t do dairy and the struggle is real when is comes to finding a great replacement. I started making dole whip whip and then decided to add dragon fruit because of the beautiful magenta color and couldn’t believe how delicious it made these popsicles.
You can blend the ingredients up and serve it immediately like ice cream, or put it in popsicles molds and freeze them for whenever you want a treat!
Ingredients for Dragon Fruit Dole Whip Popsicles
- coco whip: I love the So Delicious brand. If you can’t find it, I’ve also used organic canned coconut milk (just the cream portion).
- frozen pineapple: If you like it more sweet, go heavy on the pineapple and easy on the dragon fruit. You can play with the ratios to make it to your desired sweetness.
- frozen dragon fruit: The dragon fruit adds such a good flavor and makes the the most gorgeous pink color!
That’s it! Just three simple ingredients. I’m telling ya, it could not be easier to whip up the most delicious treat. Trust me when I say your taste buds will thank you after try this!
